Recherche informations : Lotus 51A 90/AM 94 Formula Ford

I am trying to track the history of my car. The factory records indicate this car was sent to Ford of Belgium in late 1967 or early 68. I believe it may have been for a race car show in Brussels sponsored by VAT 69 liquor. It would have left the factory as an orange car. I would like any information or photos that may be available.
